Who we are, and what these terms cover
LUBY (لوبي) is a curated collection of luxury residences across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operated from Riyadh. These terms govern your use of the LUBY website and services. By browsing the site, writing to us, or submitting an application, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
What the service is today
LUBY currently offers: browsing the collection and its destinations, contacting our team, and applying to list a residence. Online booking and payment open with our launch season; when they do, additional terms covering reservations, payments, cancellations and stays will apply and will be presented before you book. Nothing on the site is an offer of accommodation until a booking is confirmed under those terms.
Accuracy of what you send us
When you write to us or apply to list a residence, you confirm that what you send is accurate and that you are entitled to send it — in particular, that a residence you offer for listing is one you own or are authorised to let. We review every owner application and accept no obligation to approve any.
What you may not do
You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive material; probe, overload or disrupt the platform; misrepresent your identity or authority over a property; or collect data about other users. We may refuse, remove or report material that does any of these.
Content and ownership
The LUBY name, brand, design and editorial content belong to LUBY. Photography and descriptions of residences are published with their owners' authority. You may not reproduce the collection's content commercially without our written consent.
Prices
Every price on LUBY is stated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and includes VAT where VAT applies. Until online booking opens, prices shown are indicative nightly rates; the binding amount for any stay is the one presented and accepted at booking.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, LUBY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes
We may revise these terms as the service grows — most significantly when online booking opens. The revision date above always states the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and committees of the Kingdom.
